Typical data provided by the NBD platform - Substrates
Titrations of different concentrations of substrates and/or inhibitors will allow full enzymatic characterisation of the drug. The NBD platform can measure all the standard enzymatic parameters such as the KM, KI and IC50.
Typical titrations of the two major isoforms, 3A4 and 2D6 are shown below.
Different electrodes were used to generate the data, giving an excellent degree of reproducibility.
Aliquots taken from the electrochemical cell have been characterised by HPLC/MS confirming that the reaction product profiles are in keeping with the native human P450 enzymes.
